    Depends on how fatty the beef is. If you made it a scale is your best bet here!

    Small avocado (60-80), egg (80) with light oil or butter (20), pain yogurt (10-20), guess 3 oz ground beef (150-300)

    Ground beef – can very greatly depending on fat content – raw 4 oz of 80/20 is 287
    Total approximately 572 by my guesstimate

    It’s actually quite a lot of calories for such a small volume, I’d recommend 1/2 an avocado instead and to add veggies, it will fill you more.

    Next time you make this, I would recommend just measuring the ingredients. That way you can calculate the actual calories instead of needing to estimate.
