acquired one Costco dog from a freind. GF said she was hungry and wanted a chili dog… well I was about 4 IPAs in so here we go! Sprayed the bun with butter spray and toasted. Microwaved the dog and a leftover slice of deli ham. Pulled the bun, put a ham slice on, 2 peices of American cheese, the Costco dog and sliced it open to accept the wets. Added chili (usually I would have use Skyline Chili, but I had a can of Kroger brand handy), added mustard and mayo and topped with shredded sharp cheddar. Back in the toaster oven and then cut in half when done. If it were for me I would have added onion, jalapeño, hot mustard and prob some other random leftovers I have in my fridge
