2-4 pita bread
1/4 cup olive oil
1-2 romaine luttuce
2-3 large tomatoes
2-3 cucumbers
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
5-6 radishes
1 medium red onion
1 bunch parsley
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint

dressing

1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
2-3 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
1/4 cup sumac
salt
black pepper

A recap for today’s episode. I made fatous salad. First of all, I prepared the toasted bread by cutting the pitha into squares. Drizzle with olive oil. Mix the coat. Arrange on baking pan line with parchment paper. Bake in 350 fah oven for 12 to 14 minutes. To make the toasted pa bread bowl, I brush both sides of pitha with olive oil and uh molded into pan baked in 350 fah oven for 14 to 16 minutes. Set aside to cool completely. In a large mixing bowl, I mixed all the vegetables. Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, uh red pepper, yellow pepper, green pepper, radishes, onion, bunch of parsley, and then the fresh mint. Mix well. And then I prepared the dressing by placing the olive oil, lemon juice, pomegranate, molasses, sumat, salt, and pepper in a jar. Shake well. Pour over salad and mix to coat. I served the fetous on a platter with toasted pita bread or I served it in a toasted pa bread bowl and it was ready for us to be served.
