I wouldn’t touch a minimum wage kitchen job with a ten-foot pole. The time a camera crew showed up, they were actually from an Icelandic documentary on gay culture in the US.

Big shout-out to the walking potato that when GR asked if there was anything on the menu that wasn’t deep fried, responded with “The salad.”

Maybe being stoned is why people pay minimum wage for jobs like this.
We always cry about wage or benefits or work life but then we do shit like show up drunk or high. Lol. And we glorify this shit.
No wonder.

All I would tell the guy is “Look, I think you’re a cool guy. But I don’t give a fuck about what you have to say around here. I listen to my chef and the managers. No one else. And if they decide to hang on your every word I’d rather quit.”
Then again, the places I work at aren’t failing businesses. And the chef knows what he’s doing. So I doubt Ramsay would show up at any of them.
