Birria Heaven

With Palo Seco permanently closed, I decided to try Birria Heaven on 620. It is the pink food truck directly across from Interstellar BBQ. I got the quesabirria platter and enjoyed it. The portions are generous too. The consomé could have a little more punch, it’s thinner than what I make at home, but gratefully they don’t use bouillon like some places. The meat was deliciously beefy. I’m putting this into my rotation. I look forward to trying it again.
