Caesar Salad Recipe

Ingredients
For Croutons
• 3 slices of bread
• 5-6 Tbsp oil
• Pinch of salt
• Pinch of black pepper

For Caesar Dressing
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tsp mustard sauce / Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 garlic clove, grated or pressed
• 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/3 cup mild olive oil
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

For Salad
• 5-6 Iceberg lettuce leaves

Instructions
Caesar Dressing Preparation
1. Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
2. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking.
3. Add parmesan cheese and whisk until combined.
4. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Croutons Preparation
1. Cut bread into cubes.
2. Toss with oil, salt, and black pepper.
3. Bake in preheated oven or grill in a pan on low flame for 2 minutes each side.

Mixing & Serving
1. Wash and cut Iceberg lettuce.
2. Combine lettuce, croutons, and Caesar dressing.
3. Top with parmesan cheese.
4. Serve and enjoy!
