All ingredients from Costco (I'm not going to 2 stores)

Chopped cucumber
Chopped red bell pepper
Chopped red onion
Canned chickpeas
Marinated artichoke hearts
Chopped grilled chicken (Soules strips in the bag)
Chopped cheddar cheese (Kerrygold cheese sticks)
Boiled red potatoes
Avocado oil spray
Salt & pepper

I use whatever veggies I have at the time and make a huge batch and eat it for lunch for the whole week ☺️
