Hermosa’s Fried Chicken Sandwich is top-tier

I have no good reason for having waited almost two years since having the privilege of enjoying the family-style meal at Hermosa before trying the fried chicken sandwich that’s available for takeout during the day, but it’s incredible. The perfect fry on the chicken, fantastic bun, and absurdly delicious papaya slaw turn this into an unreal sandwich.
