Has anyone tried this? It is blow your head off kind of heat. I got stomach cramps!

Where did you get it? An Indian shop? I live in Portugal and have never seen it. I want it.

Nagas are like jalapeños in the sense that the heat seems to vary from pod to pod and crop to crop… I made pickled nagas as well as fermented hot sauce last year. Both were inedibly hot and brought most people to tears. The previous year, the nagas were hot but flavorful, this years don’t seem that hot either. Wild how you never know what you’re gonna get
