100% Chardonnay, aged 12 months in barrique with bâtonnage.

On the nose, ripe exotic fruit (pineapple, mango) and yellow peach mingle with butter and toasted notes. The oak is well integrated, adding spice and vanilla without overpowering the varietal character.

On the palate, it’s rich and creamy, with a silky texture from the lees contact. Flavors of ripe fruit return, alongside hints of hazelnut and a subtle smokiness. The buttery note lingers, giving depth, though the finish could be slightly longer.

Balanced, elegant, and showing both Alpine freshness and Burgundian inspiration.
