These Pumpkin Cream Cheese Danishes are a must for fall! Flaky pastry, creamy filling, and just the right touch of pumpkin spice 😋 Perfect with a cup of coffee or tea on a cozy day 🥰

PUMPKIN CHEESE DANISH INGREDIENTS:
For the pumpkin mix:
► 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
► 1/4 cup granulated sugar
► 1 egg (at room temperature)
► 1 tsp vanilla extract
► 1 tsp pumpkin spice
For the cream cheese filling:
► 8 oz cream cheese (at room temperature)
► 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
► 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the glaze:
► 1 cup powder sugar
► 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
► 2-3 tbsp of milk
For the Danishes:
► 2 puff pastry sheets
► Some sugar
► Some powdered sugar
For the egg wash:
► 1 egg
► 1 tbsp whole milk

Today, let’s make some delicious pumpkin cream cheese danish. For the pumpkin mix, here I have half a cup of pumpkin puree, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, one egg at room temperature, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice. Mix until well incorporated. And we set it to the side. Now, for the cream cheese filling, here I have 8 oz of cream cheese at room temperature. I’m going to mix in 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Now, I’m making the glaze. And here I have 1 cup of powdered sugar. Mix in half a teaspoon of vanilla extract. And we slowly add in two to three tablespoons of milk. Mix well. And this is how we want it. Now we’re going to start cutting the puff pastry sheets. And I’m using two sheets. We cut them just like this into six squares. I transferred my danishes into a baking tray with some parchment paper. Now we make an indentation in the middle. And make sure not to cut all the way through. For the egg wash, here I have one egg and we’re going to add in 1 tbsp of milk. Mix it well. We add the egg wash on the edges and sprinkle with some sugar. Once done, we start adding the cream cheese mixture. And then we start adding the pumpkin mixture. Now, we’re going to bake in the oven at 400° for 14 to 16 minutes. It’s been 16 minutes and they’re now ready. These look so delicious. They’re perfect for fall. All right, guys. So, now for the moment of truth. Cheers. And there you have it. Delicious pumpkin cream cheese danish.
