An Italian friend taught me how to make stuffed bell peppers. And now I only eat them like this. I’m going to start by slicing this yellow bell pepper just like this into rings. Then I’ll cut a red bell pepper, too. This first step is simple. Just repeat the same with each pepper. The slices turn out just like this. I’ll also slice up a green bell pepper so we get a nice variety of flavors. The colors turn out beautiful and the result is just amazing. I love cooking with bell peppers. I’ll remove the inner parts now. Go ahead and do the same at home. With this method, there’s no way to mess it up. In a pan, I’ll add some olive oil. Then some chives to taste. Also adding some parsley to taste. Now 200 g of chopped champion mushroom. Give it a good stir. I’m going to add a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of black pepper, a teaspoon of thyme, and a teaspoon of garlic powder. Mix it all together until it’s fully combined. When you try this at home, send me a picture of how it turned out. I’d love to see it. Now, I’m transferring it all into a bowl and mixing again. Adding 100 gram of grated parmesan, a little more parsley just to bring out that fresh flavor. Then 300 gram of chopped chicken breast, one egg, another teaspoon of salt. And I’ll keep mixing until it all comes together. Now adding one cup of wheat flour, and giving it another mix.
