28 September 2025:
Pulled pork:
* Pat pork shoulder dry (9lb) and season in fridge overnight.
* Put pork shoulder in crockpot at 5:30am with bottom covered in onions and 1 cup of beer. Let it ride it until around 3pm. Need to get to 205+ in temp.
* Pulled out of crockpot at 9:40 (time in pot), 210 degrees.
* Add 2 bottles of kinders original sauce and crisp it up in the broiler. 25 min, pulling out every 5 min to stir.
* Throw a fork full in a Kings Hawaiian roll and enjoy.

First time making pulled pork in the crockpot and it came out insanely good. I would do less liquid the next time around as the meat put out a ton of its own moisture.
