

Sunday dinners at my house don’t have to be complicated to look impressive. This Mediterranean Salmon with tomatoes, red onion, lemon, garlic, olives, capers, and herbs was served with charred broccoli and nutty red rice. Fresh, flavorful, and easy enough to make any night of the week.

Did you put olive oil on the tomatoes/onions prior to baking with the salmon? (I am still new to this)

What’s your secret to charred broccoli? I always over cook in the air fryer or it gets kinda mushy in the oven at 400
