My first actual harvest of the year since the heat , also sorry about the large amount of unripe peppers I kinda fell while picking and tore off a larger branch with my habs. Gonna try a green sauce using them tho so no loss there i guess.

The green ones can make amazing sauces. They have a way more earthy flavor. Great harvest, man. You did a great job. Have fun with it, and definitely do it it next year, too. My friend grows them indoor with a hydroponic setup. That can be fun, too, but it does take a small investment.
Personal recipe. Ten orange habanero peppers, ten small tomatillos (remove husk and cut in half) 1 whole ripe large avacado. Juice of 1 or 2 limes. Blended until smooth add water to thin or more avacado to thicken. Salt and pepper to taste. This makes an avacado dip that is spicey as hell. You can cut the recipe in half also. Use less habanero if it is too hot.
I like to add a little red or white wine vinegar at the end. Gives it a little zip. A lil tang.
