
May be a bit weird, but I eat this every single day. For lunch by the way. Sometimes it could be raspberry’s or blueberry instead of banana or kiwi, there is always pineapple in it.
Basically just porridge and fruits , no sugar added as it’s not necessary due to the high fruit content.
Why ? Over time I figured it’s the best meal to tie me over until dinner while not eating absolute rubbish and it’s fast enough to make and eat so it all actually works out within my lunch break ( yes I work from home ).
