I’ll be honest, they don’t look bad, but they both look like they’re not complimenting the actual taste of the seafood. I love bacon, but a strip is lazy and too much. The Rockefeller looks like they didn’t chop the spinach or broil them enough to get some flavor on there. The seafood should always be the focus. These are just not well executed, but I would absolutely still eat them. I feel like an asshole with this comment, I’m sorry. I hope these aren’t from Brax Landing because I had my first Rockefellers there 25 years ago and they were a gateway drug.
