I fee your pain. Sometimes I get 6 carrots and 1 tiny onion, sometimes I get a giant onion and 1 carrot and a couple brussel sprouts. it’s so hit or miss on the produce

I questioned my small sweet potato for this recipe too.Turns out when mixed with all of the other veggies, it’s just right! One of my new favorites meals – just delicious!

I swear they get a discount on super tiny produce. Like when I look at the bin of sweet potatoes at my supermarket it’s rare I ever even see one that small. I like to think it’s because HF has a deal with the farms to buy up all the super small ones the stores don’t want.

Their portion sizes are tiny- this is coming from a 115lb girl, idk how other people feel it’s enough. I always have to make a side of rice or I add things to the meal just so it’s enough, otherwise I am not al all satisfied.
