As a chef……after hours and hours of being around food…..no matter how wonderful…..the thought and sight of it…..can literally make you sick…..but yet after a 12 hour shift……you are starving.
It is these simple pasta dishes that we make when we get home in the middle of the night……when nothing else is appetizing.
