This is creamy beef pasta and it’s one of my favorites. Little bit of oil and cook down the white onions. Go in there with some garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and some red pepper flakes. Go in there with some tomato paste. Now go in there with some ground beef and cook that off. Go in there with some beef broth and cream cheese. A bit of cheddar cheese. Pasta goes in. Lastly, a bit of parmesan. And you’re done.

  1. I agree with the comments here, you want to start with your meat, that way any residue (fonds) is deglazed by the onions because of their high water content. Personally- id use tabasco sauce instead of chili flakes so it doesnt mess with the mouthfeel or get a bitter taste in a bite sometimes. Worcestershire sauce would go great in something like this too.
