Meatball subs. It’s been a while, folks. It’s Joe, your friendly neighborhood guy. Found a great recipe for homemade Parmesan bread. This is homemade. Made it. Did I I need a little bit of finesse at the beginning. Um but we my son Trapper and I, we did finish it. Um I had other people helping too. Jennifer. So, what you do is you take this fresh bread that you make with the parmesan. Parmesan. It’s all fresh. You slice it. So, here we go. Nicely sliced. Boom. I am so freaking excited. Provolone. Got some proolone. Okay, now the meatball which is 50 50/50 lean beef and Italian sausage. You can use pork sausage. I like the Italian cuz you know you don’t have to get the fennel seeds and all that stuff which I they do make my own homemade Italian but this is how that’s going to work. You take that, you put some bread crumbs, an egg, just depends on what you know how many balls you want to make. You take the meatballs. Look at this. Look at this. Look at this homemade gravy. You dump it on there. You put as many. Just Depends on the the length of the bun. Boom. We’re going to put three on there. Now, excuse me. Always be cleaning your area cuz it makes everybody happy. Okay, so here we are. Meatballs, proolone, homemade bread. Find a bread recipe that suits you. This is what suited us. And there you go. Homemade, delicious, yummy meatball study. You guys have a great day. Eat some meatballs any way you want. spaghetti, other pasta, make some traditional meatballs, mashed potatoes and gravy.
