Maybe I’m out of the loop, but I had never heard of Ramen Del Barrio until recently. And come to find out that a ramen spot inside a grocery store (Hana World) has a Michelin Bib Gourmand award!?
I ordered the Carnitas Tonkotsu (bottom in pic),
My friend ordered the Pozole Tonkotsu.
Needless to say the food was incredible, while also not having the long lines that other Michelin recognized restaurants around Austin have.
I’ll definitely be back asap to try their tacos. Although I must say, it’ll be hard to not order the ramen again.
