Ingredients:
• Kimchi
• 부침가루 (Korean pancake mix)
• Flour (I usually mix flour with 부침가루 since the mix is more expensive — this keeps it cost-effective)
• A little water
• Green onion (optional, but I prefer adding it)

  2. Next time, mix in potato starch instead of flour and it will be crispier. Also looks like the batter was too thick. A bit more water.

    I made the green onion pancake. I just use all purpose flour. Since it does the same thing as pancake mixes here.
