Not a big fan of reverse sear, but since it was just me and my 2 yo I figured I could let it do its thing in the oven. 200 degrees until 102 then patted dry and seared for a total of 5 minutes. Basted in butter and herbs and rested. Final temp after basting was 118. Then rest
