Today is National Extra Virgin Olive Oil, so you know we had to celebrate on Living Oklahoma.
Our friends at Fustini’s Oils and Vinegars sent us a 4 bottle gift set and 4 recipe cards featuring creative ways to pair the oils and balsamic.
The 4 bottles are:
– 10 Year Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
– Garlic Olive Oil
– Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
– Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
And the recipe cards include Strawberry Ricotta Toast with Balsamic Glaze, Citrus Avocado Salad, Tuscan Balsamic Marinated Portobellos and Cripsy Garlic Olive Oil Smashed Potatoes.
