American and bdapo cheese on sourdough cooked in a waffle iron.

Dbapo is a creamy mild white cheese from Lithuania and it was perfect for this use. The cheeses melted together and flowed out of the bread onto the waffle iron and got nice and crispy.

    To clarify Dbapo *might* be the brand and dvaro the type of cheese. Idk, the packaging isn’t in English.
