100g starter
320g water
11g salt
500g bread flour (I used KA)
Combine together and let rest for 1 hour
Did 4 rounds of stretch and folds
Shaped and let sit in the fridge for about 20 hours
Scored and baked in a dutch oven for 20 minutes covered and 20 minutes uncovered
Lastly let it rest for 1 hour before cutting
Would love some feedback if there's any glaring issues! Wife doesn't really know the difference between each loaf I make and doesn't know how to improve it 🥲

No glaring issues here, looks nice. But if you wait two or more hours to cut, it could be a nicer looking cut, and it won’t stick to the knife as much.
