Fireaway Pizza, the UK’s fastest growing pizza franchise renowned for its authentic Italian recipes and bold flavour innovations, today launches its highly anticipated new menu nationwide, headlined by three exciting Signature Pizzas that showcase the brand’s commitment to combining traditional Italian quality with on-trend flavour profiles.

The menu transformation, rolling out across all 160+ UK locations from Tuesday 30th September, introduces three distinctive Signature Pizzas designed to capture the evolving tastes of today’s diners. Leading the collection is The Harvester – the star of the new range featuring braised artichokes as the hero ingredient, perfectly complementing Fireaway’s signature fast-fired crust with tomato base, mozzarella, ham, mushrooms and a finishing touch of truffle oil. The launch comes amid a rising demand for functional and plant-based foods that offer both nutritional benefits and distinctive Mediterranean flavours*.

Joining The Harvester are two equally compelling additions: The Spicy Tuna, featuring a tomato base, mozzarella, tuna, sweetcorn, red onions, peppers, jalapeños and sriracha for those seeking bold, international flavours; and The Pestoroni, delivering an indulgent fusion of mozzarella, pepperoni, pesto and hot honey that perfectly balances savoury and sweet elements.

The new Signature range sits alongside the popular Buffalo Chicken Pizza, which remains on the menu following its hugely successful launch earlier this year and exceptional consumer response.

The menu transformation also introduces other exciting new additions, including a Mediterranean-inspired Artichoke Caesar Salad featuring crisp romaine lettuce tossed in creamy caesar dressing, topped with shaved parmesan, golden croutons and braised artichokes – offering a fresh twist on the classic with clean flavours and an aromatic punch.

True to Fireaway’s unwavering commitment to quality, all items in the new Signature range are crafted with premium ingredients, including dough prepared fresh daily in-store using flour from Italy’s Campania region, crushed plum tomatoes grown in the Amalfi Coast, and buffalo mozzarella imported from Southern Italy. Each pizza is fast-fired in Fireaway’s specialised stone ovens, handmade exclusively for the brand by a small family-run business in Rome.

The new Signature range and complete menu transformation will be available for dine-in, collection and delivery at all Fireaway locations nationwide from Tuesday 30th September.
