Healthy Spinach & Artichoke Dip for Thanksgiving! #healthydip #healthyalternatives #spinachdip
[Music] I made a healthy version of spinach and artichoke dip. And unlike some other healthy alternatives, this actually tastes really good. So, here’s how I did it. I got 10 oz of chopped spinach. I use a frozen one. And then I used some non-fat plain Greek yogurt as a sour cream substitute. I used the cup. Then I used a whole container of light laughing cow cheese as a cream cheese replacement. Then I used artichoke hearts, drained and chopped. Then I added some Parmesan cheese, um, a cup and a half to two cups. Then you’ll add mozzarella cheese, a half a cup to a cup, depending on how much cheese you like. And then don’t forget to season it. I use salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Then in the crock pot, I am cooking it on high for 3 hours, stirring occasionally as well. A they’re popping all over. You could also do this um on a skillet or in the oven in a baking dish as well. And when it’s done, it’s going to look like this. Creamy and cheesy. Use chips, use carrots, use broccoli, whatever. But this is a healthy alternative to spinach.
