Hello you guys. Hi, this is
WELTHA. Hi you guys. Okay, so today you guys, I’m going to make
a cod fish with a mango salsa. Okay, and it’s going to be a really fast video. So,
let’s get to it. Okay, so come cook with me. Okay, guys. So, this is all the ingredients
that you’re going to need for this recipe. Okay, so I have my cod fish. Okay,. Okay. So, I have two
slices of that. Now, I have my vegetables. All the vegetables that I’m going to use for the salsa.
Okay. And I think I need a bigger bowl to make the salsa in, you guys. Okay. Alright. Let me wash
my hands. Hold on. Let me wash my hands. Okay. So, now you guys, what we’re going to do is Okay.
First off, let me tell you all the ingredients. Okay. You’re going to need some sorry you’re
going to need some cilantro, some green onions, a tomato, some lime, and a lemon also. Okay.
Then you’re going to need a mango and some red onions. Okay. And the spices that I’m using
is some celery salt. And I’m going to use this um seasoning from and it has um garlic and
ginger pineapple and mango seasoning. So, I wanted to try this with this mango salsa.
I think it’ll be good. You guys want a closer look? Look. Think that’ll be good? I got this
at the grocery outlet, so I’mma try it. Okay. And then I’m going to put some garlic powder
and some black pepper. Alright. So, first off, let’s cut up the vegetables. Okay. So,
I’m going to move the fish for now so we can chop up the vegetables. Okay. Okay.
First, I’m going to do the green onions. And I hope I’m not going too fast for you
guys because I have somewhere to go, but I wanted to do this video. So, I’m going to chop
this up really fast. And don’t worry, the knife is not even really sharp, so I can’t cut my hand
hopefully. Okay, so I’m going chop up this green onion. Then I’m going chop up the cilantro, the
tomatoes, and then the mango will be last. Okay. [Music] [Music] I don’t think I need all of this
onion, but for now, we’ll put it all in the bowl. Okay. Alright. So, that’s the
onion. All right. It’s a cilantro. And I have already washed all of this vegetable
off you guys before I started filming. I like the smell of cilantro. Okay, cilantro is done. All right. Okay. So, next you guys is
the tomato. Just a minute. That to the side. cause I’m
in a rush. Okay. Now tomatoes. Okay. This knife is so dull. Okay. It’s going to be a chunky salsa because
it’s not going to be chopped up small. I don’t have the patience to chop it up
really small today. Okay. And then we have the onions. And we’re not going to need
all this onion. I just want a little bit Okay, I think this is all the onion that I want to use. I don’t want too much onion. I’ll
use this onion for another dish. Okay. Okay. So, that’s the onion and then the limes and the lemon. We’re just going
to squeeze those. So, we don’t need to chop it. All right. Allright. So, now time for the mango. Okay. So, I’m going to That’s a really ripe one. I don’t eat mangoes that often,
but They’re good when I want them. Okay, just tap all that whatever you can get
off of it. And I think I’m like done with this. Oh, it’s really sweet, too, you guys. This a good one. It is good. Alright. So, just chopping this. [Music] Doesn’t matter what size. [Music] This mango is good. I might have to go get
some more mangoes tomorrow. They have them on sale at most of the grocery stores right
now. So, it must be mangoes um season, huh? That’s the mango. Allright, you guys. It’s okay if it gets mixed
because it’s all going to be mixed in a few. Okay. So, let me move everything. Okay. Alright. So, I’m going put
my lemon and limes over there. Spices right there. I’m going
to move this chopping board. Alright. So, here’s the bow. So, we’re going to
add everything in here. And I just want a little bit of this. Not too much of this cause I really
didn’t need this, but I just wanted the color, you know? So, just a little bit of the green
onion and then a little bit of the red onion. Then we’re going to add some cilantro. Take some of it out. Okay. Then we’re going to add the tomatoes. And then we’re going to add the mangoes. Okay. Now, let me get a spoon. Okay. Stir all this together. Allright. So, now I’m going to get my limes
and my lemons. And I already rolled them out so that nice and juicy. So, I’m going
to cut the lime first. That’s juicy. Squeeze all that. Lime juice in there. Okay, get the other one. Okay. And then let me do the
lemon now. And I’ll go back with another line after. Try to get that seed out. I get to see that. Okay. Okay, you guys. On the next one. So, I’m trying to get as much as this
juice from the lemon and the lime as I can. Going to be so good with that
fish. So, the fish I’m using you guys, if you didn’t hear, is the cod
fish. Okay, it’s fillet style. Okay. Okay. Oo, honey. I think I got all of that.
Okay. Make sure I got all of this one. Okay. Do one more line. Ooh, it’s really juicy. Okay. Okay, almost done. Ooh, really juicy. Okay. [Music] Alright. Okay. So, that’s
all the lemon and the lime. All right. I have one more lime if I need it, but
I’m going to see if this is enough. Don’t that look delicious? All of
those colors. I love the colors. Ooh, that’s enough lime and lemon. Do you
see that juice at the bottom? We got plenty. Guys, this smells so good. Taste it. Hold on. Oh, yes, honey. Allright. So, I’m going to put a little
bit of this spice in there. Okay. Because it has garlic, ginger, pineapple,
and mango. Should be good, huh? All right. [Music] I’m going to add a little black
pepper. Just a little bit. It’s going to be so good. Okay, let me try it. Oh my lordy. That spice is good, you guys.
For this type of dish, it’s good. a bit more. Okay. So, that’s the salsa, you guys. Alright.
Allright. We’re going to put this to the side and we’re going to season up our fish and then we’re
going to go cook the fish and then we’re coming back to add this to the fish and we’re going to
be done. Okay. So, let’s put this to the side. All right. So, now I’m going to grab the fish. This is
the cod fish, guys. Okay, let me turn my stove on. A little bit of oil. Okay, you guys. Alright,
so let’s season up the fish. So, I’m going to put a little bit of Hold on. Celery salt. Okay,
[Music] try something new. my fish [Music] since I didn’t want to use the regular salt. Okay.
And then I’m going to use some garlic powder. And then I’m going to use the black pepper. [Music] Same thing on the other side.
I don’t like too much spices on my fish cause I want to taste the fish. So, same thing on this side.
This is my celery seasoning. Okay, you guys. And some garlic powder. It’s not salty. It’s just garlic powder.
Okay. And then some black pepper. All right. So, now I’m going to go to the
stove and cook up this fish. Okay. Alright, you guys. Hold on. Okay, you guys. So, And my oil is hot, so I’m going to add the fish. Okay, guys. So, we’re just going to let the
fish cook on each side and get done. So, when it’s done on this side, I’m going to flip it over
and then we’re going to go back over and finish up this video. Okay? make up a delicious fish.
Um, a delicious cod fish with mango salsa. Okay. Okay, you guys. I’m going to flip it over now. Just messing up my stove. Okay. We’re going to let this side cook and we’ll be done in about three, four minutes.
Okay. Okay, you guys. So, the fish is ready and I’m bringing it over just one minute. It’s done.
Look at that. Let’s spin it. Spin it one time. Okay, this is the codfish we I just cooked. This is the codffish that I just now
cooked. Okay, it’s ready. Okay. See that? Looks delicious, huh? Okay. Alright. So,
let me get a plate. All right. My plate spatula. This is a delicate fish. Okay. Okay, just one minute, you guys.
Put that piece back in place. Okay. Alright. And then I need some paper towel. Then we’re going to put the mango salsa on
there, you guys. Okay, got my garnish. And one more. That’s my garnish. Alright. Now, we’re
going to get them. Did I ever spin the mango salsa? Hold on, you guys. I got to
spin my mango. My mango salsa. This is the mango salsa that we made earlier. This is what
I’m going to put on the fish, you guys. Okay. Mango salsa. Okay. Look at that. I look good. Okay. Alright. So, now we’re going
to add this to the the fish. Okay, you guys. So, we’re going to move
this to the side. Bring the fish back. Alright. And we’re going to add this to
the delicious cod fish. Okay. Okay. I’m making sure you guys can see. And then here we go. Make sure get a little red on
there. I want a lot of the mango. Okay, cause it’s the mango salsa. If you haven’t tried this, you guys try it.
It’s so good. Okay, the salsa juice in there. And it gets thicker. If you have a really ripe um
mango, the sauce gets thicker as it the time goes. Okay. Oo, I can’t wait to eat. Put a little
cheese right there mango salsa right there. Okay. How do that look, you guys? Does
that look delicious? Oh, it looks so good. Okay. Alright. That’s That’s enough.
