Made us some chicken breasts, some of which will be cut up for my salads for my lunches for the week. Little bit of olive oil and used the Reqtec Ray's Loco Gringo Southwest Seasoning. Started up the grill at 225⁰ with Supersmoke on. Once the internal temp got to around 140⁰, cranked it up to 300⁰. Turned out pretty good. The seasoning works on the chicken for my salads (I use a spicy dressing), but the seasoning isn't spicy on its own. It's decent, but not going to be a regular in my spice rack.
