Another big night on the Gaucho!

We had a week full of birthdays so we celebrated on the gaucho! Spatchcock chickens, skewered sausages topped with provolone and chimichurri, skirt steak with chimichurri and pork side ribs on the smoker for an appy.

We were burning maple and apple in the box.
