Ok other than egg, lettuce and tomato I’m not really sure about what kind of cheese that is on the egg, if that’s bacon or grilled ham and I think there’s more cheese below that/possibly a thinly grilled piece of chicken. Don’t see any sauce but I would still crush this after doctoring it up.

Looks good but as stated previously we aren’t sure exactly what we’re looking at.
