   Could be. But why would you want to go less than 15% (or 20%)? Makes for some very dry burgers/tacos/meatballs/everything.

   None of us can tell you if it’s exactly 6%, but it does look very lean.

   Former butcher here. This is rather lean for sure. I’d be comfortable with the 5% fat statement.

    You are going to have to cook some and measure the results.

    Its obviously lean. Why does it matter how far under 9% fat?
