This is how I make a higher protein ranch dressing using Greek yogurt and staple ingredients you probably already have on hand. I like to make it in a mason jar because it makes it both super easy to mix and store. I add in Greek yogurt, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, dried dill, lemon juice, and a splash of water just to thin it out slightly. Put the lid on, give it a shake, and you have a delicious higher protein dressing ready to be used as an alternative to regular ranch.

1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp salt (add more to taste)
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
