This is a budget version of Pennsylvania Dutch chicken and waffles. It looks nasty but it’s good. Not all chicken and waffles have fried chicken. There’s nothing technically wrong with this.

There is a talented chef trapped at a bowling alley concession counter. Think about it. Clearly someone wanted to be creative and offer something that isn’t normally found on bowling alley menus. They had the idea, the drive, and the expertise to execute it. They just had shit ingredients to work with. Not a bad attempt given the circumstances. 7/10

Hmmmm. I’ve never had fries with my chicken and waffles (though I do love fries). The waffles are just about raw and I’ve never used unbreaded chicken. Also, come to think of it, I don’t do gravy on c&w either. Just Aunt Jemima and ketchup.
