Smoked these with hickory pellets at 250 for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Seasoned them with MeatChurch Holy Voodoo and Honey Hog Hot. Came out amazing

    Cooked them perfectly, anymore and you’d start to taste the burnt. Any less and you miss out on some crispiness
