Might not fill everyone up, but it works for me!

200g of optimel zero fat cinnamon apple quark/yogurt – 104 cal
Half an apple- 45 cal
One weetabix- 68 cal
Cinnamon

Mix the quark and weetabix in a bowl. Put as much of the apple as you'd like soft on the pan with cinnamon, add water gradually (tiny bits) and wait until soft, make sure there's no water left when you put the apples into your bowl. Mix and done
