To start I make a base of heavy cream (not too much because it will coat your tongue too much with the fat altering the taste) then add some maple syrup (to your liking) and a bit of cinnamon. I then use a frother till it becomes almost solid looking. From there I pull a shot of Scuro over the heavy cream and add milk (or oatmilk to keep calories a bit lower) and then I mix.
