My Steak looks like this so hers can look like that
I smoke & grill steaks every week since my wife has been pregnant and she only eats filets. I jus learned how to treat a chuck roast like a ribeye and honestly I can’t tell the difference

The age old question of Filet vs ribeye. Looks like you nailed the process of cooking both at the same time on the same grill. Nice work!
I love how you have pointed out the similarity between ribeye and chuck roast vs tenderloin. Marinating a chuck roast using a few tablespoons of Dale’s seasoning is so delicious. I bet you and your wife would both enjoy it. Congrats on the baby

Homie, looks amazing. What’s your process? Do you slice your chuck before smoking, or just throw the whole bad boy on? You’ve given me a project for the weekend.

Stab it a bunch of times with a fork, let in marinade in Bachans Japanese BBQ sauce for an hour, take it out broil it on 400 for 12 minutes flipping half way through. Let it rest for 20 minutes. Season with kinders cowboy butter and then grill it the rest of the way with my grill and hickory chips as the wood.

Cross rib roasts cut into excellent steaks, and they’re a cheaper roast.

Nice. I have a similar knife. And the meat looks amazing. However I would appreciate better pictures of the doggos

My brother. My wife is pregnant and also only eats filets and I usually make a ribeye for myself. Similar frequency too.
Congrats!

Have the recommendations changed? Last I remember was for meats to be only consumed well done during pregnancy.
