A bit eye watering expensive in Singapore (SGD11.30) but I wanted to give it a go and it was the best sardines I tried so far.
I am a regular person who doesn’t know a lot about sardines but here is what I think about this one:
- shape is quite firm so its not easy to break apart while picking from tin
- melt in your mouth meat. Very flaky but soft. Zero dryness.
- amazing flavour with a hint of citrus, not so much to overpower the fishy flavour.
- So far the only sardines with non-damaged skin.
I give this 8.5/10. This would be my staple if it was a but cheaper but I think it will be a special occasion tin.

what a beautiful product, a sure value.
Do you have the expiration date to know the vintage?
