    If you like a slightly tangy/spicy kick (톡 쏘는 맛), you could try sprinkling a little black pepper when you eat it, if you don’t have anything else.
    But the best option would be to lightly sprinkle some Sichuan pepper powder (산초 가루); it will give it a very unique flavor.
    (Sichuan pepper powder pairs quite well with kimchi varieties like Pa-kimchi (green onion kimchi), Buchu-kimchi (chive kimchi), and Gat-kimchi (mustard leaf kimchi).)
