We're an Italian family living in Malta, and we’ve made a big change: we stopped buying pasta and started making our own! We enjoy it fresh on the same day and dry the excess for later.
This pasta shape is called "Radiatori" extruded with bronze dies and made with two ingredients only: Durum Wheat Semolina (Semola di Grano Duro) and Water.
Stay tuned for more family-made delicacies! 🇮🇹❤️🇲🇹

My fav shape!
My guy how much is the machine and what brand?
I can’t imagine not having an auto cutter attached.
Oh my god, how much does one of these cost?
That pasta looks awesome by the way! It will hold sauce nicely 😊
I’m so envious of your machine! Please post pics of the dish you make!
That is so satisfying to watch.
for those wondering, the smaller La Fatorina model sells for around $750 USD, $1,000 USD with the automatic cutter.
