On the evening of the 28th, Baby Marrow offers two tasting menus and the new Freddie e Sbringo show “Spaghetti pollo e insalatina”, songs to eat and drink.
On Friday lunch, the home cooking of Malaika Beach is the side dish of one of the Italian days of beach and sea of the event, while in the evening are the flavors of Puglia to be the masters in the beautiful scenery by the pool of La Malindina. Saturday is a day of the event at Billionaire, with a very special barbecue and many other surprises.
On Saturday evening Ambassador Pieri will be present at Kilili Baharini during an evening by invitation in collaboration with the Pellegrino Artusi Foundation, the first great Italian chef whose first translation of Swahili recipes has been edited by the Italian Institute of Culture in Nairobi.
Sunday grand finale with the Italian buffet at the Osteria Beach and in the evening with local songs by Claudio Villa’s heir, Salvatore Strano, at the Olimpia Club, between calamarata and other Italian specialties.
