meat and vegetables dish turkish style

1 1/2- 2 pounds meat cut into cubes
10-12 pearl onions
1 green pepper, diced
1-2 colored peppers, diced
10-12 cherry tomatoes
4-5 garlic cloves, sliced
1-2 eggplants, peeled cut into cubes
6-8 swiss chard leaves, chopped
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup pepper paste
2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon dried oregano
salt
2-3 tablespoons olive oil

1/3-1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
sesame seeds
black cumin seeds

Today’s episode, I will be picking out most of the vegetables from my garden that I need to make this dish, such as eggplants, peppers, tomatoes, and Swiss chard, and use them to make the dish. Recap for today’s episode. Today’s episode, I made meat and vegetable dish, Turkish style, cooked and pottery pot. In a large bowl, I added all the ingredients. I added the cut into cubes meat, pear onions, green peppers and colored peppers, cherry tomatoes, sliced garlic, eggplant slices, chopped swiss, tomato paste, pepper paste, pomegranate molasses, paprika, salt and dried oregano. Mix well and transfer to pottery dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Cover with parchment paper and foil. Cook in 400 Fahrenheit preheated oven for 1 hour. To make the dough, I mixed flour, water, and salt. Knead to form a smooth dough. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes. I removed the dish from the oven. Roll out dough into very thin to cover the dish. Then I brushed it with olive oil. Sprinkle sesame seeds over and black cumin. Bake in oven for 10 to 12 minutes until bread is golden and serve.
