And now to find salmon that isn't loaded with mercury, uncontaminated and unadulterated olive oil, pomegranates and arugula not sprayed with pesticides, and a chef to figure out how pomegranates even fit into this recipe. This all sounds good for you if it were possible to find un-poisoned food in the US.
Dr. Berg should open little restaurants or food trucks with recipes like this. Imagine this in a wrap you can pick up on your lunch break.

1. Wild caught salmon contains way more mercury than farmed.
2. If you can't find arugula, grind up your old tyres, they taste the same.

Only eat salmon twice a week due to mercury. Fish oil supplements every day work better. Oatmeal wtb walnuts, cinnamon, ginger is great for heart. Green tea too.
