It's there! Lelit Bianca + Eureka Zero 55 (and a lot more accessories).
Thanks for all your help, couldn't have done it without you (and YouTube). Hope to contribute myself from now on.

I know, some of you will say the grinder doesn't match the machine. But I literally had a week of sleepless nights discussing on the grinder. So I decided to postpone the big decision on the grinder and go with a good quality midrange level, to get started with. Got it as a deal with my Bianca for €260, so no big investment. I'm really new to brewing, so I hope this grinder will show me my preferences, and I can always upgrade in a few years to an end grinder. The market is changing a lot every month, so who knows what we got by then.

I can't wait to get started. Although all of this is quite intimidating, so somehow they've been sitting there on my counter for the past hours…

(and yeah, and I know the the water tank won't come out this way, I have to alter it to the side and put the machine more to the front)

  1. Nice to see that setup. I feel bad for people waisting money on some bambino shit.

Looks nice! What model Lelit is it and what model is the grinder for those of us who don’t recognise these things by sight? 🙂 Thanks!

Could you get a rolling tray to put under it so you can just roll it out to fill it up? I hate the idea of altering a brand new machine… I know people do it but it feels wrong to me!

    Love the set up!

This would have been my setup but instead went for the Gaggia GT and Eureka Bravo. This is a neat setup though and looks amazing for a first setup.

My first setup was a Gaggia EVO + Gaggia MD15 grinder and I loved it for the last two years before u decided to upgrade.

  5. You can always syphon the water in it without moving the the machine or modifying anything.

Congrats! Not sure about the grinder but with the Bianca, you’ve started your brewing journey with an endgame machine. Experiment with the flow control over time to truly master the nuance it will enable in your coffee. Take good care of it and remind yourself to resist the urge to get something new and shiny 5 years from now, you won’t need it!

I have the same grinder and the little sister Elisabeth.
The grinder is fine but you will probably need to align the burrs to get into espresso range. Or my model was just extremely misaligned. After that I haven’t had a shot I didn’t like.
