Nothing says seasonal fun like a delicious sweet treat—and Publix is giving the people what they want this year. The beloved Florida-based grocer is rolling out 13 limited-edition holiday-inspired flavors to enjoy in both half-gallons and pints.
“We are excited to get this holiday season’s limited-edition ice cream varieties to our customers,” Publix Research and Product Development Manager Tarisha Gray said in a release shared with Southern Living. “Our recently introduced pint line creates even more of a reason to try all the flavors.”
This year’s 13-flavor line-up includes seasonal favorites like Peppermint Stick, Pumpkin Pie, and Santa’s White Christmas, but also includes two new flavors: Coffee Chai Latte and Rum Nut Bread Pudding.
“In the winter months, you have the chillier weather and the warmth of the holiday season,” Gray said in the release. “We wanted to capture that with these flavors, especially Coffee Chai Latte. We wanted you to experience that comforting first sip of your morning cup of coffee with warm spices.”

Coffee Chai Latte: White coffee-flavored ice cream with cinnamon molasses cookie pieces and white chocolate-flavored chai swirls.Deep Dish Apple Pie: Apple-flavored ice cream swirled with brown sugar-cinnamon sauce, pieces of real apple, and sugar-rolled pie crust.Eggnog Premium Ice Cream: Rich eggnog-flavored ice cream with a kiss of nutmeg.Marshmallow, Candy Cane & Cookie Blast: Marshmallow-flavored ice cream with bits of candy cane and a chocolate cookie swirl.Peppermint Stick: Luscious vanilla ice cream with festive bits of peppermint candy.Pumpkin Pie: Pumpkin pie-flavored ice cream with swirls of whipped cream and buttery-flavored piecrust pieces.Rum Nut Bread Pudding: Vanilla-rum raisin-flavored ice cream with cinnamon crème-flavored swirls, praline pecans, and blondie brownie pieces.Santa’s White Christmas: The classic flavor of Barnie’s Santa’s White Christmas coffee delightfully mixed with cocoa espresso flakes.
But the fun doesn’t stop there. Publix’s pint-sized limited-edition flavors are inspired by both the holidays and another seasonal favorite: football.
“Chocolate Stout Pretzel Blitz brings the excitement of a big game gathering straight to your dessert bowl,” Gray said.

Banana Nut Bread: Banana bread-flavored ice cream with walnut pieces and swirls of banana sauce.Bourbon Eggnog: Rich bourbon eggnog-flavored ice cream with a kiss of nutmeg.Candy Bar: Vanilla ice cream bursting with peanut butter cups, milk chocolate gems, baked chocolate truffles, pretzel bark pieces, and honey caramel swirls.Chocolate Stout Pretzel Blitz: Chocolate stout-flavored ice cream with chocolate pretzel swirls, chocolate pecans, and peanut brittle pieces.Hot Honey Mascarpone Praline: Mascarpone ice cream dotted with praline pecans and hot honey flavored ribbons.Raspberry Elegance: White chocolate-flavored ice cream with ribbons of raspberry sauce, dotted with white chocolatey raspberry-flavored cups. While this flavor is a nod to our popular Raspberry Elegance Cake in our bakery, it is not formulated to have the exact flavor profile of the cake.
These limited-edition flavors are only available while supplies last this fall, so Publix shoppers will want to scoop them up before they melt away.
