I can no longer eat real bread anymore due to Celiac Disease. Does these buns really taste like a pretzel? I want to try one so bad, but really suck at cooking.

I prefer pretzel to brioche. Brioche always falls apart when it gets a bit moist, whereas the pretzel just begs to get wetter
