Found this at my favorite butcher shop. I have not tried the Scorpion Cheddar yet, but I can vouch for the Carolina Reaper Cheddar. It is not 2 million scoville hot, but it IS hot. It makes the Reaper Cheese from Kraft seem like Velveeta, which it basically is. This is from Michigan so not sure where all it is available, but if you see it get it. I recommend it.

Picked up some ghost pepper cheese amongst various other cheeses at a place in a touristy area of a tourist town, complete with a giant cow statue out front. Absolutely assuming it might tingle the faintest amount.
Was actually delicious and had some serious heat. Always nice when you find something that isn’t just a gimmick!
Shullsburg Creamery in Wisconsin has Ghost Pepper and Carolina Reaper cheese that is awesome. They even ship to your house.
I live in Oregon and I’ve had pretty good luck with the pepper cheeses being legitimately spicy. Don’t think I’ve seen a reaper one in a while though, mostly ghost & habanero.
I’ve tried the scorpion cheddar, it was spicy and all but it kinda tainted the cheddar flavor. Not terrible but not my thing
